We are quite busy in class the next few weeks! We are currently reading/listening to In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson in class. We will be discussing the text and analyzing it closely. We will then write responses about the characters, and how they change throughout the course of the novel. We are also working in "tribes" during social studies. Each group will be researching a Native American tribe in order to make a big book to share with the class. In math, we are working on decimals, multiplication, and division. Last but not least, we are continuing to read aloud Wonder in class. It is an awesome book!

-Mr. Peterson We enjoyed constructing towers from everyday classroom materials today. The job was to construct the highest tower with the supplies in the allotted time. Collaboration and sportsmanship were evident, and all did a great job.
